A clearer way to shop new construction.
New home shopping can get messy fast: similar floor plans, changing incentives, different tax rates, HOA details, school zones, and a payment that may look different from the base price. My job is to help you slow that down, compare the right homes, and avoid wasting tours on houses that do not actually fit.
If you are a buyer, I can help narrow the communities, estimate the all-in monthly payment, and confirm the current availability before you drive out. If you are a Realtor, I can help your client understand the builder side while keeping you looped in and protected.
